    ARRIVAL

A long table dinner gathering in the Turbine Flats art gallery with food by Tom Clutter, founder of Marrow Markets & Meat.  Tom is a local chef passionate about farm to table foods and cycling.  He’ll be preparing a seasonal meal with produce from local farms.

DWELL DINNER is a time to come together and share life… to know each other, have fun, belong, to be alive, to discuss, be heard, to listen, to find common interests, be among others, and to have community. It’s essential, we all need other humans.  The one-word theme for this gathering is ARRIVAL.

ON THE MENU:  Eggplant & Sweet potato Panzanella | Stuffed Squash Fritters | Basil Beef Braciola | Bourbon apple & Quark toasts

Tom Clutter developed an early passion for food, honed by training under two Culinary Institute of America Graduates. He has eleven years experience as a chef in restaurants and private catering – always focused on locally sourced food and warm hospitality. Tom is inspired to bring a global mindset to the Midwest, and reinvigorate new traditions of food experience.  @sustainablecyclist@marrow.market.meats@turbineflats
